Encik Mohd Arsad bin Hj Jaafar,aged 60,a Malaysian,joined the board of PPIS Land Sdn Bhd on 8 june 1990 as the Executive Director of PPIS Land Sdn Bhd.He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics(Accounting)from University of Malaya an 1972.En.Arsad has more than thirty(30)years of experiences in tax related issues.After his graduation,he began his cathe Department of inland Revenue Malaysia for three(3)years.in 1975,he joined Chang Sang kian&Co as its tax manager for ten (10)years.
Since 1985,he served as a tax principal for T,S Taxation Services Sdn Bhd.He is also a director of several private limited companies which are principally involved in property and eduity investments.
PN.NOR AZLIN BT MOHD ARSAD
Madam Nor Azlin bt. Mohd Arsad,aged 29,a malaysian,joined the board of PPIS Land Sdn Bhd on 8 june 1999 as the Executive Director of PPIS Land Sdn Bhd.she is the chairman of the audit committee and member of the Remuneration And Nomination Committee.
She is graduated with a Bachelor”s degree in computer science from university Institute Of Technology Mara. She is also an Executive Director of several private limited companies which are principally involved in property development and equity investments.Further,she is primarily responsible for the Executive management and performance property investment.
PN.MARIANI BT ISMAIL
Madam Mariani bt.Ismail,aged 48,a Malaysian,holds a Bachelor”s Degree in Science Architecture from the University of New South Wales,Australia.She has been a director of several subsidiaries in the AP Land Group since 19 Mac 2002 an was appointed as Director PPIS Land on 8 june 1999.
Madam Mariani is responsible for the Group”s General Management & Operation, Majoring in Project Planning / Management, Corporate Affairs, investor Relations,Finance and Risk Management.
Further,she is primarily responsible for the Executive Management and Performance of the Group”s Property.Development portfolio in addition to overseeing the overall Business Division Planning /Architectural & Project / Property Management Services that serve all business divisions in the group.
